How do I know how much you’ll charge?
We always quote our
fees up front in writing.
How do I know you won’t charge me extras for
everything?
We always quote fully
inclusive fees. Phone calls and visits to us
with questions related to the business quoted
for included in the quoted price. You need never
be scared of contacting us for fear of a large
bill.
How do I know I won’t be dealt with a different
person every year?
We are proud of our outstanding record of Continuity
of Personnel. You need never suffer from always
being dealt with by different people. In addition
you can be sure that as a relatively small firm
you will meet me personally and not just a member
of staff.
With such good
service though you must be expensive?
That’s not true either. In recent times we have
taken a number of clients from other firms of
accountants in this and other area most of whom
were able to save quite considerable amounts.
How do I know that you’ll provide such a good
value for money service?
We are fully qualified Chartered Accountants. The
Institute of Chartered Accountants regulate
what we do thoroughly and all members have to
pass exams and take part in on going training.
You can rely on our
specialist technical knowledge together with
our considerable experience, over many years,
of dealing with businesses just like yours.
Can you prove you’re so good?
We have recently taken on a number of new clients
from other firms of accountants working in this
area. All of them are glad they moved to us.
