tasks.
- Your year
end accounts prepared by our small experienced team
under the supervision of a Chartered Accountant.
- We prepare
and file your Corporation Tax Return with the Inland
Revenue.
- PAYE Year
End returns completed.
- As much
advice as you need for your company by phone.
- Payroll
Advice.
- Advice
on how to take your money out of the company in the
most tax efficient manner, including dividends PAYE
and IR35 issues.
- Company
Secretary Service if required (you may wish a relative
or friend to take this position).

Registered Office Address Service
This service is available for most contractors at only
£59.00 + VAT per month. We believe that this is an economical fee
considering the expertise and knowledge of our firm.
Some contracting companies with more complicated circumstances
such as two separate contractors working through the
same company may have to pay a little more but we would
advise you of this in advance. If you keep reasonable
records, work predominantly within the UK and don't
have other complicated interests then your fee will
be fixed at £59 per month. If you do not want us to
deal with your payroll/PAYE affairs the monthly charge
would be only £49 per month.
You have the
option to pay us all at once when we complete your year
end accounts or on a monthly basis by standing order.
