Accounts and Advice by Email
The accounts by email service has been designed
for clients who want all their accountancy conducted
via email. It minimises the disruption caused
by annual accounts considerably. This is of
great benefit to many clients.
The aim of the service is to communicate as far
as is possible through the medium of email and
thus remove as much of the paperwork as possible
(inevitable there is still some though!). Another
great benefit is the ability of clients to communicate
with us via email whenever they like. Not just
during normal office hours!
Usually the client will maintain their records
using a spreadsheet or other suitable accounts
software. You then email files to us when we
need to prepare accounts etc. and comment on.
The client only need
complete understandable records and email or
post your files to us at the appropriate time.
Obviously at the end
of the year we ask for a small amount of extra
information for the completion of relevant forms
for Companies House etc. and you email this
to us.
Also included in any figure we quote is help throughout
the year whether raised by email, fax, phone
or post on any matters related to the business
quoted for.
